Zipped/Compressed files
The processing company that we use to make your purchasing easy and smooth is ShootProof. You need to know, when purchasing multiple digital files, you will be sent a separate link via email to download your iamges. When purchasing more than one image, your pictures will be "zipped" or compressed into one file for an easier download.
Computer Downloading
This is the easiest! All computers now come with an unzip program built in. When you download your zip file, you will simply double click on it, it will open and ask you were to uncompress or unzip your files. You will then go to that location and be able to easily see all the images you just purchased.
Personal Devices - Phones - iPads - Tablets
At the time of building this page, personal devices don't come with unzip software built in. However, you can easily download it at your app store! Some are free, some are a small fee, some are to test. You must make the choice which one to use. There are several, I can only say that WinZip has been around practically forever. I use them and have never had an issue, but you must make a choice. Please, if you are going to use a personal device, get this sofware first!! This is the #1 problem we hear, "I can't get my pictures, it says file type not found" - it means you need an unzip program. Please note, we do NOT choose this method for delivery, the processor does! Until a time comes that they have an alternate way to deliver images we must all work with this.
