Digital Prints are NON-REFUNDABLE

Choose your images and choices wisely before hitting the complete purchase button - digital purchases are non-refundable. Once you have made a digital purchase, it is not like returning a product, we have no way to control your ability to duplicate or distribute our work, so digital images are non-refundable.

Digital image sizes

We offer two sizes of digital images. High resolution, which is 3000 pixels or 10". The high resolution images can still be printed in excess of 14". If you need an image larger, you must contact the photographer who took it directly to make other arrangements. The second option is web/social media lower resolution, which is 800 pixels - or screen viewing only. If you want a print version and a social media version, simply buy the larger of the two, you can resize it for the web yourself.

Order Packages

Both print and digital come in a variety of numbers for packages. You MUST have that exact number in your package choice! If you choose a 10 image package, you can't have 9 images in it - just double up a photo or choose another. If you have 11 but want a 10 images package - then you must purchase the next size up, or a 10 image package then one single image.

Digital image altering

This is a NO NO! By U.S. copyright laws, all photographers are the copyright holders of each image. You are being sold the rights to a personal use and display of your iamges, but the rights and creation of the image will always belong to the photographer. You can not change (other than resizing for internet viewing) alter, create art, sell, distribute or in anyway financially gain from the use of the image without first receiving permission from the photographer who took the picture. There have been cases of people wanting to alter the photos for the purposes of their own art, you MUST contact the photographer first to get permission.

Prints

We offer your images as prints in several sizes. C4 Photography and all of the professional photographer working this event ONLY use a pro lab as their printer. We do not set the shipping rates, those come directly through the printer which is why they are NOT built into the price of the images, but added on at check out.

Prints are automatically sent to the lab normally within 30 minutes of receiving the order. IF you have made a mistake and contact us prior to the order going through, we can cancel and make a refund. HOWEVER, if the order has gone through to the lab, there are NO REFUNDS at that point.

If your prints arrive damaged, you MUST send us a photo of the damaged product. The lab requires it for replacement. They will replace your damaged photos at no cost to you, as long as you provide a photo of the damage for them.
