Credit Card Processing

Although our processor, ShootProof, says they take Amercian Express - and I'm sure they do, this is the ONLY credit card company we have had problems with. Since we can't tell you who the actual problem is with, we strongly recommend you use a Visa or Mastercard if possible. That's not to say American Express doesn't work - it does, when it feels like it, so if you choose to use it, be prepared for a possible processing issue.
The processor on your credit card does say C4 Photography, however Shootproof does handle the processing. We work with them to resolve ANY and ALL issues that might arise as quickly as possible. I believe their past processing issues have been resolved and we look forward to a stress free year!!

Pricing

Having five professional photographers from all over the country, a LOT of thought and balancing went into our pricing options. Different areas of the country have different pricing based on their economy, so a balanced and fair pricing structure had to be reached to be fair to both participants and photographers.

It is important to remember, this is a profession and a business. This is not just "a picture". It is 10-12 hours a day in the heat, photographing each and every competitor, followed by two weeks of culling down and editing photos. Our time has value! Then there are the costs of using the processing company, we are charged for each purchase and there are credit card procssing fees and so on. We make every effort to keep our photos at a cost you can afford and still make a living.
